I had incorrectly ID'd this bird on 01 Sep 2008 as a Black-throated Green Warbler. Well, apparently some folks actually read my drivel and thanks to Matt Hysell, I can now stand corrected and call this little birdy a Chestnut-sided Warbler (juvenile, possible female).
Matt pointed out the lemony green back, gray cheeks, and spotting along the back that is distinctive for C-SW, along with the yellow wingbars that would be white on the BTGW. I paid too much attention to the yellow wash along the flanks that I neglected the spotting along the edges of the back. So, Thanks a Heap Matt!
